Zachary founded Champa Bay Sports Management to bring a lawyer's precision and a business background to athlete representation. He is a licensed attorney, a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor, a certified NBPA Player Agent and a Florida-licensed Athlete Agent.
Zachary spent years practicing commercial litigation and business law in Tampa, negotiating and enforcing contracts for developers, lenders, investors and contractors. He began his career as a Management Associate in the executive training program at C1 Bank.
He earned his J.D. and MBA from Stetson University and his undergraduate degree from James Madison University. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He lives and works in Tampa Bay.
